Location Description: is a quiet and clean campground located 3 miles off of I-20 between Atlanta and Birmingham. We are a new family owned campground that opened full time in October 2020. We are 200 yards from Talladega Motor Speedway, YES the speedway is in our back yard!,: There are 20 very LARGE 40'x75' solid gravel sites that come with a concete patio and wooden picnic table, fire ring and grassy area. We also have large pull thru grass sites, back in sites and BUDDY sites. All sites are 30/50 amp and water. Firerings are available for every site! We have a complementary dump service for all campers staying two or more nights and a pump out station as you exit the park with free unlimited use to all campers.,We love, respect and value all the military men and women who have faught and sacrificed so much for our freedom and because they have given so much to us we feel the "normal" 10% discount just isn't enough. ,. Here at Grandstand RV Park we love all animals. There is a double dog park at the entrance of the park with benches and unbrellas for you to sit and relax while your baby has some off leash time. We do have two faucets, one on each side, for you to let your pup enjoy some fresh water when needed and the park also has a light if you arrive late and the pup needs to run and play for a bit.,: Can't forget about the kiddos! We have a kids playground that also has a bench for you to relax while they run wild. We have a basketball court, horseshoes, ring toss, cornhole, comunity fire pit and plenty of room for you to throw a frisbee, football, play tag or ride bikes wherever you would like. There are two 65" flat screen TV's under the covered porch to enjoy a game or movie whenever you want!,: Two weeks a year we are a full house with lots going on. This is a great week at the park and the surrounding area, but we book up quick so make your reservations early. At Grandstand RV Park we have food trucks, music playing daily, Live bands Friday and Saturday nights, 50/50 raffle, cornhole tournaments, horseshoe tournaments, wine tastings and more. We are only a short 200 yard walk to the entrance of the track and we do offer golf cart rides over to the gate for any who wants a ride. As soon as we get the go ahead from the health dept to add that we will have a bath house with six individual shower/bathrooms and a laundry facility. Cabins are in the process of being built. More trees are being planted and in the coming year we are adding a swimming pool with a splash pad, game/rec room, another kids playground and more.
